As a Naturopath, I use a few different modalities in consultations and tailor them depending on each client’s unique needs. These modalities include nutritional therapy, functional medicine lab testing, herbal medicine and FSM. Below are the services I offer with costs and what to expect. Discovery Call - 10-minute free call to see if my services are appropriate for you

Initial Consultation - 60 minutes £200

Follow-up Consultation - 45 minutes £130

Short Follow-up Consultation - 30 minutes £100

Frequency Specific Microcurrent Treatment - £120 per hour
Please note this in-person treatment can only be booked after I see you for an initial consultation to make sure the treatment is appropriate for you.

Letters to GPs, consultants, landlords, employers etc. - £40 per letter

Note that all appointments except FSM are via Zoom unless other arrangements have been made. To book an appointment, click the button below and this will take you to my clinic software Practice Better. Once you book, you will be asked to activate your client account so that you can book appointments, and receive questionnaires and plans all in one convenient place.

Initial Health Consultation - 60 minutes

This should be booked by clients I have not seen before, or who I haven’t seen in over a year.

This service includes:

  • Full health and lifestyle assessment including symptoms, medical history, current medications, lifestyle, and recent blood tests from your GP

  • Referral for further lab tests if needed, either privately or through your GP

  • Personalised health plan including nutrition, lifestyle, supplement and herbal medicine recommendations

  • 10% discount on supplements with my trusted suppliers

Follow-up Health Consultation - 45 minutes

These are usually booked between 4 and 6 weeks after the initial to review all of the above to continue assessing symptoms and updating recommendations as needed.

Digestive Health Package - Six Month Programme

This package is designed for clients who want a comprehensive programme to follow in order to achieve the best results possible. Booking a package means it will be easier to commit to following up and making the changes you need to feel better and is more cost-effective than booking in separate consultations.

This package includes the initial consultation as detailed above with an additional focus on digestive health including:

  • Functional Medicine Lab Tests to investigate underlying infections, allergies or intolerances including parasites, pathogenic bacteria and viral infections

  • Dietary analysis to assess possible trigger foods and deficiencies

  • Lifestyle analysis to assess main stressors and habits 

  • Herbal medicine, fully-researched and supported by scientific evidence to support digestive health

  • Nutritional interventions to optimise biochemical pathways

  • Frequency Specific Microcurrent treatments to promote accelerated healing in target body tissues (available as an add-on in person only)

Price includes initial consultation and five further follow-up consultations. Lab tests, herbal remedies and supplements will be an extra cost per recommendations.

Frequency Specific Microcurrent Treatment

These treatments are in-person only. You will have electrodes placed on your body in strategic places. You do not need to undress for this treatment but we recommend loose clothing as electrodes need to be placed on the skin. Warm, moist towels are sometimes applied to facilitate electrical conduction.

Unlike the more familiar TENS units, which also use electrical currents to relieve pain, microcurrents therapy uses very low-level electrical current that is not usually detectable by the person treated.

A treatment course typically involves several sessions, and benefits accrue over time. Microcurrent therapy is safe and has no significant adverse effects. However, it is not recommended for patients who have pacemakers or are pregnant.

What to expect when working with me

Unravelling each patient’s health issues and working through them is an individual process and I always tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, so the treatment programme will vary from person to person.

You will be asked to fill in a Health Assessment Questionnaire, and keep a Food Diary for a week. You will be sent a link to my online clinic software to fill in these online. I request that this information is submitted at least two days prior to the initial consultation.

These forms give me valuable information to work with and filling them out thoroughly will save valuable time during our consultation which will be mainly devoted to discussing certain things in more depth and explaining the suggested treatment programme.

After our session, I will send you a detailed health plan that includes dietary advice, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. Depending on your health issues, I may also prescribe herbal medicine which will be ordered through a herbal apothecary and delivered to you.

Working with me also means you will be listened to and respected and that your personal and medical information will be treated with confidentiality. I work closely with clients and am available for quick questions via email about plans if a bit of extra support is needed between sessions.
